The only thing is that we travel with our dogs and we did appreciate the accommodation taking them in the back since they were smaller dogs was a challenge. «The house served our purpose well. They beds were comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen were clean. The back porch and grounds could use a little TLC but that didn’t stop us from enjoying ourselves. It was very close to all the attractions near Cortez.»

«This property was very special. It is out of the way with direct access to Canyon of the Ancients NM. The house is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and functional. The hosts were accommodating. The views are spectacular. The water needs getting used to though (alkaline?) but a RO filter in the kitchen helps.»

«Room was clean and comfortable but very small and missing basic amenities - soap, coffee starter kit, etc. The latter didn't matter as the coffee maker didn't work, neither did the dehumidifiers. This is a hotel room, but we hadn't appreciated that there would be no maid service as it is booked privately. If we went again, we would fork out the extra to book a larger room directly with the hotel. »
