«Spacy rooms with fans and blinds. One bedroom is towards the street, noisier and warmer, the other 2 are very good.Kitchen has all the necessary equipment. Unfortunately the ironing could not get plugged in the sockets. Washing machine and dryer are downstairs in the basement.Very good and communication with the host, reacts fast.»

«The place is convenient, close to the train & bus station. The room is modern with kitchen supplies, good for cooking if you are saving money for food. Generally, it’s clean but i think that day the housekeeper forgot to sweep the floors - it’s dusty. They are strict in check-in/out. You can call help via phone call but no one is around to talk to. You must bring your phone all the time inside the vicinity, otherwise you are screwed. All in all, its a nice decent place to stay.»

«We had a nice stay! The hostess was very welcoming and super service-minded. Easy to commute to the center, and calm amd green surroundings - even if the train went by you could not hear it with the windows closed.
We would love to come back and stay there again. »

«The location of the building was close to the tram stop and the area was nice overall. However when we got there, there was some bugs in the room so we had to kill them before we went to sleep and the place was old overall which is fine but it wasn’t super clean.»

«First off, there was no one to interact with. The doors were locked when we arrived and had to stand outside with our luggage for a few hours. Lucky someone came out from the building and we were able to sit in the lobby.
I asked for toilet paper on day 2 and no one came, I also sent a message about the AC, no luck with that since it was so hot.»

«This was one of the most affordable properties we found in Zurich. The room we stayed in had one bed, a sofa couch, and kitchen. The space was exactly what we needed. The AC unit provided is one that uses a tube through a window, meaning you have to have the window open in order to use it. This wasn't a huge issue since it was a little chilly during our stay so we didn't have to use it the whole time. This building is near nightlife though, so just be mindful that if you do need to open a window ...

Very close to the tram & bus station where you can catch no. 9 tram going to Old Town Zurich and no. 14 tram going Zurich HB where you can catch trams to Luzern, Bern, Interlaken and other cities. COOP grocery store is walking distance. There are restaurants and a pizzeria nearby. Laundry in the basement is very convenient if you are staying longer. I’ll stay again.»
