«Outstanding hospitality and professional service – Highly recommend! As a first-time traveler to Trinidad, I truly appreciated the incredible hospitality at the Hyatt Regency Port of Spain. During my stay, I experienced a brief scare when I returned to my room and found the door standing ajar. Thankfully, after checking my belongings, I discovered that absolutely nothing was missing. «I booked with Brix, somehow the date stated a day before my stay( a mistake that wasn’t made by me) when I got there I only realized the error. The guy at the front desk went for the manager. «If your looking for a family stay on a budget, with breakfast, then this is the place for you. Don't have any high expectations. The pools are the best thing about the location and the keep it well maintained. Great location in the city. The building and the rooms were a bit old fashioned and can do with some TLC. The eating area can do with some table cloths and some love as well. The staff was polite and helpful. They offered us a better room. Good WiFi.»

While I appreciate the upgrade of our room, the bottom of the bed frame looked as though there was mildew all over and I had to put a sheet to block the site of it. I believe with some renovations, ...
