«Location was perfect, was not disturbed by neighbors. Unit was mostly clean, however, upon entering the unit I took my sandals off and noticed I was walking on dirt/crumbs. There was an AC unit in the living space but the air didn’t quite reach the bedroom and it was pretty hot at night (even with the fan on). The listing does talk about the noise of Beer and Bunk business across the alley making noise but doesn't mention the freeway right next to the property. The beer and bunk music stopped at 10 pm but the traffic noise was all night. If you are use-to traffic noise while you sleep, then perfect place.»
