Vill alltid sove her når jeg befinner meg i Medan. Anbefales på det varmeste!»

«The reception staff had an attitude from the beginning, idk maybe they were stressed that so many was checking in early. We we’re never informed about the breakfast hours or facilities. First time we came 2 hours before checkin we were informed that the room wasn’t ready and to come back. When we can back they just gave us the room keys and said 11th floor upstairs, and they was gonna bring our luggage up to the room. Not showing us where to go up or nothing. The taxi for the hotel did not use meters and took overprice compared to official taxies in town. We had ordered a nonsmoking room but got a smoking room. Changed room the next day to a nonsmoking floor/ room but with an ashtray in the room. The room smelled like smoke, and during weekend there were smokers all over. In the restaurant for breakfast ...
