«When we arrived the door code was wrong, called several times and after a 7 hour drive and no response for 10-15 min. I hoisted my daughter through an open window. 20 min later I finally got a call back stating Expedia did not get the updated code to me but they did extendmy check out tine by 2 hours to make up for it, thank you. There was food on the carpet, couch and kitchen counters. Cooking pan handle was falling apart. The holes in the walls are distasteful, putty and paint are easy to use ...
