«Huge fan in the lobby for air but it Smelled of cigarette smoke. The room was seedy with stuff splatted on the walls. Loud fan in bathroom and bot enough light. The toulet didnt flush every day I went to the front desk about it. Unfortunately it wasnt resolved!!»

«Stayed here a couple of times and I dig the spot»

«Loved this little spot. Clean and easy to access but also hidden in its own little world. The front gate has a smaller parking lot so all trucks or bigger suvs must park in the back lot. They have a convenient vending machine with drinks. They also have a washer/dryer (no change needed paid by phone) which made it super convenient when needed. Some nice and cute things they had was a grill, outside sitting area, ice machine and cute string lights all around. When needing more towels or items ...

«Property was booked when I arrived and I had no room then got the run around when I tried to reach hist for a refund, still haven't received it»

«Full kitchen but no utensils or dishes. Safe for solo female traveler, no issues with vehicle safety in the lot. They do allow pets so it smelled a little like dogs, but the room was clean.»

«Clean lots of room 10out10»

«This unit is absolutely not described properly. It is not in good shape. The pictures are not correct. You have to pass through main bedroom to get to bathroom. Doors do not close to main bedroom. Tv is very small. Not what is in the pictures. Plaster falling off the walls. Blinds falling down. One pan to use. Very rustic. Please dont book this is you want any kind of privacy in your bedroom. Front bedroom is a small little twin bed. To get to bathroom you must go through ...

«The home was just as described! It was very comfortable and felt like home away from home. It was clean and had everything I needed for my stay. The hosts were welcoming and made sure my stay went smoothly. The communication was great! I definitely recommend this property if you’re in the Memphis area!»
