«Went for a wedding with other family members, there room was not ready when they arrived in the evening, so they were given a room on a different floor, away from our party. They had a toddler and this made it difficult for us to get together in the hotel. We had requested rooms together and were told we would get them. Staff were very nice. Breakfast was nothing to brag about. It was plain, and very limited on choices. On a scale of 1-5 room cleanliness was a 3.»

«First off, u check in with a monitor. Not with a person. There's no elevator for people who have mobility issues. There is also a train right accross the road. The towels are dingy and stained, the beds are situated on what I would call a rollaway-bed style springs. I've seen this more than I can count...certain hotels are bought out by certain individuals while the hotel is in good shape, they ride on those reviews for a little while, and then they fail to maintain or upkeep the property ...

People heard her and opened the fitness center’s door so the rest of the people could hear her. After she sang for an hour, the front desk guy came down there and said, “You are going to have to stop. I can hear you over everyone in the lobby.” It was only 35-40 people drinking and hanging out in the lobby area. No way she was too loud, OR we are wondering if it was because she ...
