Communication with the owner and Christina their supervisor prior to our stay was quick and easy. The room and sleeping options were exactly what we needed for our group of five. «This is a humble lake house that worked well for us during Trine graduation weekend. Unfortunately, the weather was quite cold so we couldn't enjoy the outdoors by the water. «I arrived about 9 pm. The temp was 70, with 71% humidity. I set the thermostat to 65. After 10 min, the sytem kicked off. I contacted the owner. He said to close the blinds & give the thermostat time to communicate with the A/C. Ten min had already passed. The temp had gone up & the humidity was now 76%. The loft at the top of the metal spiral staircase in the kitchen looks like it would be lots of fun for kids, but we did not use it. «We enjoyed our stay here very much! The home was clean and well cared for. It was a little musty in the basement room but we didn't use the room so it wasn't a big deal to us. When you walk into the home, you are met with a beautiful view of the lake which was perfect! The homeowner was very attentive and easy to work with. We enjoyed the firepit and the overall feel that the home gave us. The furniture was very comfortable as well. We would definitely come back!»
