«I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, I discovered there was no body wash provided in the room, which was an inconvenience that should have been addressed before guests checked in. «Got there pretty late and used property to sleep. It was good enough for what I needed it for. Didn’t like the door being wide open on arrival as I traveled alone. It was extremely cold as heat was not on. Was able to get heat started in bedroom and remained in there the stay as heat in living room was not functioning. It is downtown so expect some noise.
