«Exceptional gem of a place with an equally wonderful host. The space was private, safe, beautiful and clean, equipped with a myriad of additional amenities that were well appreciated. The location was superb; we were a 5-10 minute drive from most everything, including the beach. I can't say enough good things about this property and its owner, and we will absolutely be back in the future for our return to OBX. «We had a great stay! The cottage was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The decor was cozy and welcoming, and the beds were soft and comfortable. The kids’ room was thoughtfully set up. We especially enjoyed the back porch overlooking the golf course—it was such a peaceful spot to unwind. The hot tub was a great bonus and made our stay even more relaxing. Our hosts were accommodating and kept in near-instant communication, which made everything smooth and stress-free.»

«Very clean, comfortable rooms. Plenty of room to spread out if we needed it. Very nice to have a full-sized refrigerator, stove and microwave as well as a dishwasher. When we were originally looking to book a property for our weekend stay a lot of the locations that were available did not have a full-size stove or refrigerator. Communication with the property owner was unmatched to any other property we have rented. Great find in a great neighborhood!!»

"Nice hotel with great location in a beautiful area we highly recommend visiting! The only strange part was that you come straight into parts the bathroom when entering the room, which makes it prone to get dirty very easily. Nice breakfast with various food-options. "
