Communication from the hosts was clear and complete and timely.I had shared with our hosts that we were in town for a funeral, and they exceeded my expectations by leaving a beautiful bouquet with a personal note of condolences. «Great Host! The lake house was perfect for our family and the host was welcoming and available if we had questions. It was too cold to enjoy the outdoors or 2 covered porches/decks.
