«My family and I really liked "Our Neck of the Woods" cottage. We were returning home from a vacation in Michigan to St Louis and thought I'd be fun to go into Casey, IL to see all the world's biggest attractions before closing the book on vacation 2026. This property is quiet and welcoming. We had dinner at Richard's Farm Restaurant and it was excellent. We also saw a deer 10 yards from the cottage out back and a muskrat in the pdnd below along with other bird wildlife. Thank you for sharing ...

«We did have some issues with the wifi and there was some dust in the bathroom, the faucets, sink/counter weren’t clean, cobwebs and dead bugs on the floor by the living room window and under the dehumidifier that I emptied. The dryer vent was full. Other than those things, it was ok.»

«The house is lovely and super clean. The beds were comfortable and there's lots of room to move in the bathrooms. The house is located across the street from the park, which was lovely for morning and evening walks. Casey is a cute town to visit. We enjoyed our stay!»

«Place was as described,very well done…you can feel the history with the brick walls and high ceiling… lots of places walking distance to explore… Parking was crowded,but I attribute that to it being prom night and Kentucky Derby day… a great time»
