«The owners were wonderful - they even had farm fresh eggs waiting for us in the fridge all the extra linens were brand new - we had two teenage girls who loved the shampoo/conditioner in the room. The decor was nice I loved the green and whit trim. The bed is a memory foam and I thought it was comfortable. «Older home but has some nice updates. Worked well for our ladies church group who were there for a women's conference. Beds were comfortable but sofa sleepers were not as comfortable-worked for the one night we were there. Instructions and communication with owner was outstanding.»

«We enjoy having our own private space instead of a hotel so we really didn't need much and this place was very spacious had a private space outside. Very windy in Joplin, it was quite nice. It was clean and we really enjoyed the king size bed it would have been amazing if there was a big bathtub in that huge walk-in closet off of the main ensuite where the sunlight is wow. But that is just a recommendation. There is a very steep driveway. Definitely need your parking brake»
