«This is a very nicely appointed home. The extra sleeping area is next to the main bedroom (you have to go through the smaller room to get to the master). The location is next to a gas station/Dunkin which is convenient but we did hear trucks early n the morning. The apartment is stand alone with garages off to the side. Extra touches included snacks/ water/ tea and coffee/ hand cream. The only issue I had wan s that a $1500 security deposit was taken automatically if you did not opt to pay $59 ...

«The host was awesome! Kept up communication throughout the process and during our stay. The house was clean, spacious, open, airy, and and was conveniently located. (Not too far from town and the SUNY Cortland campus.) Although we did not bring pets, this place is certainly pet-friendly. We saw dog bowls, poop bags, and notes for pet owners in the handbook. »

«The home is as advertised. The kitchen has everything needed for a stay. The ambience is great with the gas fireplace, made us very cozy. I'm sure the view of the ski slope is awesome in the winter. The owner Shawn was very responsive and communication was perfect. »

«The two beds in the loft had bolts that had fallen out and folded in on themselves when they were laid on (we ended up using the couch which was worn and torn in one place). Heat in the living room wouldn’t turn off but the ac kept it bare able. We had everything we needed otherwise and made it work. It was nice to be able to wash baseball uniforms between games and the fireworks were nice Saturday evening.»
