«I chose this place for its location near Mingus Park and the fact that it looked quiet. It was one of the best appointed rentals I’ve stayed at—every little thing I needed and went looking for could be found (except a pen or pencil). «Everything was fine except.... The dishwashing detergent provided was useless! It took a huge amount of it to even begin to remove any fat from the dishes. Junk! At home, we use a generic brand that works well, but not this. UGH!! The little cottage was cute, the view was amazing! Overall, we had a good time. I thought about a 3 star review because of the soap, though..»

«The property is nicer than I anticipated. It is an old motel, but so peaceful and quiet. The room was clean. Bathroom could use some updates, but overall I was impressed and comfortable. I am picky about sheets and would have appreciated higher quality. Overall, it was a great experience. We would stay there again.»
