«Bathtub/shower valve didn't close properly. There was the constant sound of dripping/running water in my room which was annoying for sleeping. My family's other room the shower water was scalding and could not be adjusted to a comfortable temperature.»

«Biscuits were hard as a rock . Snacks are way to expensive when u have a convenient store right around the corner. Room was very clean and nice maintenance work and paint touch ups are needed especially for a 150 night stay. Room only had one tiny tv usually in a suite we get two tvs. Or at least a very large tv.... Elevator needs maintenance it was very slow and glitchy.. your staff is really nice though so that is a plus .. but we probley won't stay at this location for that price with only ...

«The room was a complete disaster and that I had luckily brough Clorox, wipe and other cleaning supplies! I have pics of it it was so nasty!!! There were people all night freaking out it was crazy crazy crazy! Don’t ever stay there idc if u have to sleep I. Your car it’d be better than that place. The door had Been kicked in so I kept my pistol on me all night ! cause of what a mad house out there it was!! Don’t ever stay there is you wanna feel Safe and clean!!»

«The breakfast was great. Most of the staff was very friendly. The room was dirty. The pull out bed dropped a 1/4 cup of food when we opened it & there was popcorn on the floor around it when we entered the room. The ceiling above the shower was water damaged & falling in. There were only 2 towels when we booked with 5 guests, I tried calling the front desk & got no answer, I tried calling housekeeping and still no answer(the wonderful lady at front desk helped me by getting more towels when I ...
