«I never received my 100$ deposit back from the hotel. No communication and no answers on my messages regarding the situation. The rooms were nothing to brag home about either, so don’t get fooled by the pictures. The water in the shower took ages to heat up»

«I had a wonderful stay at Tru! CLEAN!
Everything I needed was provided in the room. The bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water for a shower, hangers for clothes, working hair dryer, etc. Breakfast bar was great and kept tidy. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
Ear plugs are provided at bedside since the hotel is located next to a very busy interstate.
I would stay here again when visiting Dallas!»

«I stayed at Sova for one night. The room was extremely small, and the only amenity provided was a hair dryer, shampoo and a body wash . For anything else, even something as basic as a hanger, you have to call and request it.
The bed was very uncomfortable, and I woke up with a stiff neck. The walls are extremely thin, so you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms. The guests next door returned around 2 a.m. and started playing loud music, which kept me awake for two hours. This happened ...

«There were things that was not good, but in total I was happy. I didn’t use the pool area so I can’t say anything about that. The staff was friendly, breakfast was surprisingly good, both as buffé and menu.
The building is clearly old, the elevators were a nightmare, but we could laugh about it. Fridge/minibar in the room didn’t work. They clearly have a problem with these fridges. I got a new room because the first room had a fridge with towel in it and melting ice. That was probably not ...
