«Beautiful home and Amazing host. This is a little gem within walking distance to OU. All upscale furniture and cooking utensils. Great pots and pans . Plenty of outdoor seating and fun to be had in big open entertainment set up . It was just my son and I for a visit to campus so didn’t take advantage of all it had to offer. But sure would be a great house for a number of people to enjoy . Beautifully decorated and a Blk away from the cutest deli breakfast shop. Perfect home and location!»

«House looks very run down and the yard is horrible not to mention its in a sketchy neighborhood. Code wouldn't work to get in into the house. When we got in the house smelled musty and like rotten trash. It was so horrible we had to go buy air freshners and candles to mask the smell. There were roaches all over in the kitchen cabinets and the pots/pans looked like they were 25 yrs old. One of the toilets rocked as it wasn't even fastened down.
