«Awesome location just off the beaten path but really close to Campus Corner and the central OU Campus. Looks like a massively refurbished shed or garage, well appointed, and just right for a couple or OU parents looking for a convenient place to stay very close to the school. «House looks very run down and the yard is horrible not to mention its in a sketchy neighborhood. Code wouldn't work to get in into the house. When we got in the house smelled musty and like rotten trash. It was so horrible we had to go buy air freshners and candles to mask the smell.
