Everything downtown is within walking distance which is nice for how busy it can be with parking. The outside patio is somewhat private from the street but could be more private along with more private from the neighbors on each side with more landscaping or even some sort of barriers? «We stay in a lot of rentals due to travel softball and this is by far the cleanest and most comfortable. The view was peaceful and it was the perfect calm in the morning before the chaos. «I loved the location, really close to the beach and walking distance to downtown. The place was clean, no A/C, could use a couple fans for warm nights while sleeping. I needed extra tp and towels, all I had to do was call and they brought them over. I do wish there was a broom and dustpan. Being so close to the beach, we did track in sand. We stayed several days, so it would've been nice to be able to clean up a bit. Other than that, it was great. »
