«The hotel was very nice, clean and a great location - close to Bike Trails and "downtown". The restaurant was good but a bit disappointing as the food wasn't hot and the wait a bit longer than average.»

«I didn’t like that there was no handicap accessibility. No elevator. Walked into the room with unclean sheets however the staff was kind and quick on your feet to replace the sheets. But overall, I didn’t fully enjoy my stay due to the first two reasons.»

«Never seemed to be anyone at the front desk. Breakfast wasn't all that great. Goose poop all over the parking lot and sidewalks. Noise between rooms that have a connecting door. Paint pealing off of the repainted bathroom tub. Housekeeping did a very good job. Good location. Air-conditioner units very good.»

«The staff were especially nice and a highlight of the stay. The room was very tidy and comfortable and the breakfast was pretty good. My main reason for not rating higher is that the front of the Expedia page lists a hot tub but there is none at the hotel. Also the estimate for the room never mentions a charge per night for parking, which may be small but is frankly ridiculous since the front desk told me I could park at Applebees if the lot was full. »

«The property was very clean and the room was excellent. The staff was great and very friendly. I even told the lady that checked us in that her hair was beautiful and it was. Will stay there again if we are in that area. Bill and Judy. Breakfast was one of the best we have had in a hotel.»

«Nice big clean room, king size bed with 3 pillows, wooden floors, fridge, microwave, AC working, quiet, friendly staff. Perfect for my 1 night stay»

«Overall, the property seemed clean and maintenance was pretty good. However, the bathroom was not well maintained, and the shower curtain had a lot of stains as did the window curtains. The toilet was of a size for an elementary school and the "couch" or sofa was also low to the ground and not very comfortable. The bed was so high I could barely get into it. Also, the bed base was metal so if you bumped it with your foot it made a very loud noise, and it was noisy with movement in the bed.  ...

«Sewer backup flooded courtyard and pool. Pumping contaminated pool water to field behind motel. Didn’t attempt to clean courtyard (indoor) smelled of sewage, apaper and sewage still visible after 2 days. Left a day early and would entertain a refund . I have pictures and I am sending to Ohio department of health.»

«Upholstered furniture was filthy. Tub dirty. No tissues and body wash bottle was empty. Breakfast was poor. Tables in breakfast area dirty»

«The bathroom tub was slow to drain and there was a lightbulb out in the bathroom. The door to the room had a big gap when closed which let light and sounds in and had us wonder about how secure it was. Water was not provided in the room and the water machine for filling a bottle was not on after breakfast service was over.»
