«There was only 1 elevator working the whole weekend. All of the guests were discussing it as we left today. Apparently, people were riding up with their luggage just to have an option at getting in with enough room to go down during checkout. At some points, there were 30 minute waits!»

«Breakfast was slightly cold- but to no fault to the hotel- but the people next door at night keep going in and out slamming the door multiple times - my husband went to the front desk to ask him to address the issue or just to move us to a different room- the gentleman mentioned he would address the issue- the next morning it started back up again slamming and shutting the door- the staff was excellent!»

«My recent stay at the Holiday Inn & Suites in Virginia was okay, but there were a few areas that could use improvement. The staff was polite, but the overall service felt inconsistent, and some interactions didn’t meet the level of attentiveness I expected. Nothing was terrible, but the experience didn’t quite match the standard I’m used to from this brand. With a bit more focus on cleanliness of the room, communication and guest support, this location could really shine.»

«Our first impressions were good. Hotel was newer, modern and clean. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. However, it lacked basic amenities like a hair dryer, coffee maker, tissue box, adequate towels and did not have a second nightstand on the other side of a king size bed.»

«All was great except the night desk man. He was rude, sarcastic, and wanted to argue about a shower chair. Instead of offering to help with my request, he just made excuses. Of course this was not the way an attendant should treat a guest. There are many other hotel choices and I will definitely consider others because of his sarcasm and rudeness.»
