«The view of the ocean was the only good thing about my room. The air conditioner didn't cool, no coffe pot,refrigerator didn't work,broke ice machine,stayed on 9th floor one elevator broke also could have had a microwave per request found out last night there. The only good thing about stay was staff Kat and Ernest. If I could have stayed in the lobby would have been amazing very disappointing paying well over 300 a night. I will never go back to the Tides again.»

«Love this resort. Water Taxi was closed during our stay. I loved the shuttle, pools and restaurants. It was a nice visit from Alaska. I personally wished that laundry was also at the resort and marina. The gym was a decent size. The refillable water jug at the gym had to be refilled frequently during our stay. I scored the amenities a 4 due to requesting the staff to put another water jug in the gym(seemed like it was just an 2 gallon jug) and laundry on the marina. »

«Andrew Pinckney Inn is a wonderful and charming hotel centrally located in beautiful Charleston. The only thing that dragged our experience down was the sleeping-coach, which was ready to be changed. It was really horrible to sleep on. Beside this, the hotel was so lovely with a great breakfast in a charming top floor. To our surprise, they even had an afternoon-hour of complementary wine and cheese. Unfortunately it was a quite early in the afternoon, so we did not make it back to it in time. ...

«First, if you like sleeping past 7am, I would book somewhere else at least until the end of 2027. They are building a Four Seasons next door. Second, whoever designed the bathroom should be fired. There is one small glass panel on the shower that does not stop water from getting all over the floor. It is clearly a slip risk, especially for older people. Apart from that it was fine. It would have been nice to have tea and coffee in the room, but it was easy to pick up from downstairs. Beds were ...
