«On checking out the guy on reception was an absolute legend, my 11 years old son had left an inside rear light on and i woke to find i had a dead battery, the nrma took 3 hours to arrive before which the guy on reception helped me jump start my car and get us back on the road an hour before the nrma where due to arrive meaning we could still make it to the reptile park (the main reason for our stay)
we could not find our bin within our apartment so felt a little guilty having to leave ...

«The room is very basic and the decor not very welcoming. Bad lighting. All very grey. We were stuck with town view even though the hotel did not feel busy at all when we asked to move but were declined. There was construction in the entry way. No toiletries like toothpaste/ brush etc. Basics that are expected.»

«The apartment was clean, spacious and in a quiet location. Everything provided worked well.. We did have some trouble with the plastic white tag which activates power in the room but managed to get it into position which then allowed all power switches to work.
We liked the small extras that came with the rental which included a light cereal breakfast and basic housekeeping.
The location was the main drawcard. Located just adjacent to the Crowne Plaza Terrigal, it was just a few minutes walk ...

«Did a solo overnight stay to capture the sunset at Long Jetty and the sunrise at Crackneck Lookout and the location is well located to access both by car within 15min.
The rooms are dated, but clean. I stayed in the one bedroom loft and it had everything I needed for the night and more. Kitchen with oven, microwave, stove, washing machine and dryer, balcony, shower.
Getting the ocean view room is a must, the views are absolutely amazing.
Location wise, you are at the doorstep to go on the ...
