The communication both between the owners and the property manger were spot on. Vanessa did a great job answering all our questions. «Waterfront Haven is literally that. Tiffany greeted us with a smile and true island hospitality! Several days we opted to stay at the house rather than explore or head to the beach. It was a perfect spot for peace and tranquility. The lower seawall was an unexpected treasure - there is a ladder to go into the ocean (water shoes are a must but there are lots already at the property) and at high tide we sat down and let the ocean come to us. «This community is great for families! The townhome was updated, clean and spacious. It’s a little of a walk to the beach club so I would recommend renting a car or golf cart to have for that and travel to the grocery. The ocean views and beach club area are amazing!»

We loved the common areas, the huge living room with sea view window glasses floor to ceiling is what you want to wake up with every day! Gizelle was the perfect host! «We loved our stay here. The Villa was so clean and well maintained. The owner had thought of everything. It was complete with beach towels, pickle ball and tennis equipment. We rented the golf cart which was great for driving to the beach and the grocery store. The tour guide and driver Fred drove us other places and got us from the airport. He was very kind and full of good stories. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the mornings with our coffee. We really enjoyed our stay here!»

«One of the worst experience! Bath tub drain was extremely slow and notified the manager the following day. He said he would have someone fix it but never did. We stayed there for 3 nights, having to deal with water backing up and felt very gross after taking shower. Dirty, gross bedsheet on the sofa bed. Questionable neighborhood. «Everything about this stay was absolutely amazing!! There were 9 of us and I'm not sure we have anything to actually complain about! The house was exactly as described, the primary bedroom (on second floor) was great with the most amazing views, nice ensuite and lots of space. 2nd bedroom on that floor was large as well, big bed, lots of storage,. «The purpose of our trip was for our big family to all be together in the Bahamas to say good bye to a beloved matriarch who made the Bahamas her home for over 50 years. This home was clean, the linens and beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed, and the space accommodated our large family gathering. The property had a good amount of parking space and the pool was an added bonus. Thank You for making our return trip to the Bahamas that much more memorable.»

«Nicola and Roger were the most amazing hosts. From picking us up at the airport to our last day. We can say enough about how great they are. The pictures do not do their place its justice. Immaculate and so clean. Renting a car for $60.00 a day or having Nicola take us anywhere we needed for $60.00. We learned so much from them and became good friends. And even got us a new frying pan lol private joke for Roger. At the end it was our host that made our trip so worth going to Nassau.»
