«The location of this property was perfect for our weekend visit. Very convenient to walk to everything, boardwalk, beach, restaurants etc… the compliant we had was our room was SO small, not what we thought we booked according to description and photos. We booked a classic double and the room was so small we could barely move around each other. My guess 200sq feet or smaller. Very disappointed. We actually had two queens. Maybe some rooms are smaller, room 310 facing parking lot was not ...

«To say everything was great and wonderful besides the sofa bed it was very uncomfortable but other than that, the service was great. The atmosphere was beautiful. The staff was kind and also I must say housekeeping did a great job as well. We was in need of some toiletries and I met we had got the toiletries within three minutes of my text to you guys so I will recommend Madison resort to anyone and everyone and you will see me again thank you so much. «Property was well kept/ cute design on cottage ( nice touch on modern touch like bathroom mirror/ stove) However when we arrived the code provided was not working we had to wait for a maintenance team to help us, also the cottage we had was right on highway and sitting on patio was just noisy. Some items weren’t working like the fan/door of the bathroom and last minute the hanger covering the wall just fell off in the middle of the night. We enjoyed ourselves and the BBQ area. «Nice place for a weekend stop in Cape May. They provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach badges for guests out front which was very helpful. Biggest plus is the free golf cart rides to nearby locations. Drivers add a personal touch. Hotel could be updated but not a bad experience overall. Can by loud from the music at the restaurant. Fun place overall and close to the shopping spots.»

«Common areas were not as clean as expected. Room: humidity filtration right above (ceiling) where i sleep. Bathroom windows shade broken and no providing enough privacy when in the bathroom. «Room was clean… only complaint is they need to add more decor in walls or furnishings in room it echos horribly that even a whisper sounds loud.. can also hear all the music from outside tiki bar until it Closed(stayed in room 6003). Wasnt a problem for us though! Staff was friendly, close to boardwalk, parking is convenient!! Shower is short so a tall person would barely get wet. Would stay again!»

«The facility was older but my room was completely updated. It had a small fridge and microwave plus a small table and chairs The bathroom was also updated and very clean. The room smelled so clean and fresh like it had been deep cleaned. Towel sets were plentiful. The beds were on the firmer side but very comfortable. Parking was VERY tight in the small lot.»

«It’s an aging facility that is very well maintained. Everything was clean. We enjoyed the shuffle board. We had to google the rules. It’s a fun and simple game and I liked that they had it set up on the deck in the shade where we could enjoy being outside in the breeze but without being pummeled by the sun. Really appreciates the family vibe. We asked for no room service during our stay but I was grateful they left a bag of clean replacement towels outside our door.»

«We stayed in one of their two bedroom apartments around the motel. It was well furnished and included basic kitchen amenities. Rooms were good size and with comfortable beds. Waking distance to the boardwalk and bars and restaurants. We did not use the pool but it seemed clean. Bit on the pricey side compared to others but well worth it.»
