«Room service wasn’t great, got room service one day and came back to the hotel in the evening with the room door opened. After that never had room service again. The room service was a joke. All the staff did was put in new towels, never cleaned anything or made the bed.»

«Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my stay.
The room was not properly cleaned when we arrived. The floors had not been swept, the toilet and bathtub were dirty, and there were male hairs throughout the bathroom. I specifically paid for an upgrade that included a jetted tub, but the jets did not work, and the tub itself was not clean.
The floors also appeared to have significant water damage and were visibly waterlogged. The walls and paint were in poor condition, and the overall room ...
