We didn't use any of the hotel's services. We went to our room Room 257 and that was enough. The hot tub was apparently closed. We didn't bother to go to breakfast. we travelled to Tim Horton's instead. Please note: I am not a complainer. I love to make people feel good and provide positive feedback. I didn't complain while at the hotel as i didn't want to insult the STAFF WHO WERE FRIENDLY AT THE FRON DESK. We entered our room after a 4 hour commute. The toilet almost overflowed when flushed after urinating in the toilet. The carpets were extremely stained throughout the room. The light switches were filthy. The chair in the room was terribly stained it was worse than chairs you see next to the curb on garbage day. There was dried pasta in the night stand. The nightstand had a cardboard toilet or paper towel roll under one leg and a disposable cup folded under the other. The Kleenex holder was hanging off the wall. The tub was rusted on the exterior. The shower nozzle was really dirty. I did take pictures as I was told by a friend to complain, however it took me time to come to terms that I was going to need to say something. The carpets in the hallway were lifted in areas resulting in a trip hazard. The windows at the entrance looked as though they were washed with dirty water. There was glass outside on the walkway. Again, the staff were pleasant at check in and when meeting them in the hallway. Always smiled and spoke.
