«After a busy week touring Monteverde and Arenal, our stay at this house on Playa Negra was a much needed restful few days at the beach. Loved the proximity to the beach to pop over the street when we wanted as well as the relaxing sounds of the waves and ocean from the expansive balcony and all the delicious restaurants nearby. «This was a nice place to stay and was close to everything without being in the middle of it. Lots of restaurants walking distance and in between 2 towns if you need to get something. The beach is directly across the street. This street is the only road on this coast so it can get a little busy/noisy. House only holds 4 at most but if you had a few friends staying around this would be a great place to meet up cook meals and walk to the beach. Biggest drawback is no A/C so if your not use to ...

«Quiet, secluded cottage with great yard on the beach. Many good restaurants, shops, groceries nearby. Easy access to other great beaches, a national park and wildlife nature preserve. «This property is a doorway to nature's paradise. Being set in jungle with an open living theme there is nothing to not love about Congo bongo. «We loved the property ! Location was amazing . Close to beach ! We rented bicycles and it was about an 8 minute bike ride . Only inconvenience we had was not enough towels for the week stay . Lol ! We had to do laundry . All and all we loved the property!»

Best hotel in Costa Rica!
"This was the best hotel we stayed at on our Costa Rica trip. We were supposed to stay two nights, ended up staying 5 nights. We had a room with shared bathroom, which were very clean and nice. The pool and food is also super nice. You can rent bikes and scooters and there is also a tuktuk to take you to the beach or wherever. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The hotel is only 1 year old so it’s overall very modern and new-looking. The owner also checked in with us and told us the story about his special hotel. We are definitely coming back to this magical place. Thank you! "
