«Was charged $50.00 extra to check-in. Arrived 2:10pm at hotel to work 5pm local event. Staff stated check-in time is 4pm. Stayed at 2 other different hotels beforehand in Lynchburg, VA area to work local events and many more nationally and internationally and never charged extra when rooms were available within a reasonable time of posted check-in. Will never stay at Bella Vista Hotel and Suites again. It's a principle and lost a future customer for life.»

«The parking was great but the property is in serious need of a renovation. It is obviously neglected and falling apart. The first room we were assigned had a badly stained bedskirt the carpet was stained and frayed and there was no phone and the TV did not work. The tub was rusted out by the drain and the undermounted sink was hanging off the countertop. The shower rod was broken. All the doors had stains and watermarks.
We did ask for a room change and the room was better but still not good. I ...
