«Do not recommend! Buyer beware! Cancelled my reservation without contacting me after running my low limit credit card that I used to hold my reservation on a pay at the property. Front desk associate didn’t stand or greet us upon entering the hotel. Refused to rebook us & told us to go to the Home Too. Called Home Too & they wanted to put my party of four in a room with one king & a pull out for more money. No thank you! Made a reservation at the local Marriott and was treated amazingly.  ...

«Good location and good price point for what we needed. We stay for the night to attend a wedding. Wedding is at 4 and I’ve inquired if an early check in can be accommodated to just dress up for the event but instead of trying to help out and give options for the situation, the response is a hard no with no wiggle room for anything. “ We don’t do early check in. «One of the best family hotels around. I brought my children of ages 3mo, 16, 13, and 11 to this hotel and it did not disappoint. The restaurant that is attached, Tori Blue was very nice. The indoor pool gave the children something to do while I was able to get some focused gym time as well. The aesthetic of the hotel is absolutely stunning. This is a very peaceful hotel with exceptionally kind and accommodating staff members. Rooms were spacious and clean. No issues at all over Easter weekend. ...

Was told we could check out at 12:30 and then at 11:30 they started knocking on our door and calling us. Was told no late check out due to the workers wanted to get home for Easter. You could tell it was very very slightly outdated, but that is compared to a Holiday Inn express that my husband and I stayed at two weeks previous and had just been completely renovated. We would definitely stay in this one again! Love the water and cookies at check-in!»

«Parking is a breeze in the attached garage. Check-in was easy (as was check-out). Everything in the room worked well. The decor/furnishings are dated, but then the price is very reasonable. I would stay here again.»
