«Very convenient location for our Kingdom Trails bike trip. Great storage barn for our e -bikes to charge overnight. Comfortable sofa after a long day riding.»

«Everything was perfect. Easy checkin, great host.»

«Absolutely 5 star home! Amazing location, clean and the host were so accommodating…we can’t wait to book again!»

«House was really nice. However, a few things weren't good. We had freezing rain and the driveway was a skating rink with no ice melt. «We just LOVE staying here! It's so beautiful and peaceful. Sue and Jeff are the best hosts and we didn't need a thing... That have thought of everything. Such a comfy place to stay!! »

«Our stay at this property was the BEST we experienced during our travels through New England. The view itself was just spectacular to come home to each day. The camper had everything we needed to thoroughly enjoy ourselves. The hot tub was the best feature. We had the chance to watch a meteor shower while soaking in the dark of night, it was FANTASTIC!!! What a hidden gem!»

«Loved this place! Would stay again. Bobby sue is an absolute gem.»

«Wonderful view and so relaxing!! We loved having the hot tub to relax in every evening. Very private, quiet and nice location. Would highly recommend for a peaceful getaway.»

The sled dogs put on a few vocal symphonies with assistance from our dogs(Odie and Zoey) and a couple of Barred Owls. The house provided everything we were looking for and more.»

Also love the Iron Furnance Brewery in Franconia, which is just down the road. The house itself is lovely and feels new, except for furnature is DEFINATLEY "lived in", soft surfaces are heavily stained. Located off a dirt road on a dirt driveway. Jeeps are great! if you have a low riding car, watch out. The house ...
