«It’s everything the host describes. Small and cozy. We were in town to visit relatives. It wasn’t far from them and isn’t too far from several shopping and eating areas and of course the college. Cutely decorated with the college theme.»

«Very comfortable beds very clean and cozy fenced back yard was nice for my service dog. The dogs next door was the only thing that I had a problem with my dog was continuously barking back and forth and they seemed to be always out.»

«Host was easy to get in touch with when we didn’t get our check in details email. Inside the property was clean and as described. Main bedrooms mattress seemed to be of a foam filling and worn, aka you sink when you sit/lay. Outside the property was okay. Our family is highly allergic to cats and were not anticipating to be greeted by stray cats all over the property. Ultimately, we did not stay the night. »

«This place was not clean……. Sock from previous guests under bed…. Ants in kitchen and bedroom….. bugs in shower in caulking. No batteries in any of the bedroom remotes….. not one of the three beds has a top sheet……the walking machine leaks water on the floor when used. »

«We were very pleased with the owners, especially since we arrived during a storm with tornado warning sirens blasting. They made sure we were safe and if there were any issues with the weather, they would let us know where we needed to seek shelter. The storm never hit, so we took their advice and explored Wichita, especially the Keeper of the Plains. We had an enjoyable experience in town and a great stay that night. «This little house could be very cute with some updating. The good: things were clean -- the beds/sheets, the floors, the counters, etc. The mattresses were decent. We loved the little electric fireplace that made things seem warm and cozy on a cold winter's day.The bad: it didn't seem like the house had been deep cleaned before renting. There were lots of smears/smudges/scuffs on the bottom of doors, or, on the edges of doors, there was lots of built up grime. The bedframes were pretty ...

«This is a lovely property located in the heart of Wichita. I truly appreciated the location because it’s near a lot of restaurants & entertainment but in the evening you come home to a quiet very clean comfortable space. The owner was very eager to help out in any way.»
