Love the nostalgic rustic feel of the inside, and the seclusion of being so close to the beauty of the lake. The fireplace was a welcomed addition to any rainy evening. «Cabin G was very nice and clean when we arrived. Property is very nice too. Everybody that works here is very friendly. My only suggestions would be as follows, but none of these would stop us from staying again. Some picnic tables near the cabins would be nice since there is no table to sit and eat in the cabin, just a small counter/island with two stools. Also, we know the cabins were recently refurbished, but there is literally no hooks, closets, clothes rods, dressers, etc to hang or store ...

«Private, quiet, and relaxing. This property was an amazing backdrop for our anniversary. We were able to relax by the fire, have access to amazing food options, and hike at nearby Ricketts Glen State Park. All the amenities made it easy to get comfortable and the availability of firewood was extremely convenient, especially since it rained while we were there. Would definitely stay here again, even if it's just for a small getaway from everyday life.»

«It was a cute little older home. With nice updates on the inside. They are definitly doing work to the exterior. In the description it said there was a grill. Which there was unfortunately there was so many large black trash bags you could not get to it. The first step at the side walk was broken. And the railing inaide was very loose. Although there was some minor issues we enjoyed out atay.»

«The house is very clean. The kitchen has like new appliances. We had a slight maintenance issue, I called Charlie and it was taken care of immediately. Charlie is a great host. I will definitely be back.»
