«We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. We were only there 2 nights and wished we were staying longer. No view from our room but the area is beautiful and there is much to do. Our 1-bedroom room was spacious and well-equipped. The only problem was the very low toilet and they are replacing those gradually. We could have used more info at check-in as to the indoor pool and what else is available at the hotel. Check out went well and employee was very helpful and friendly.»

«Perfect for my needs. The Mint restaurant has delicious Indian food with a beautiful view. I was able to rent a kayak the morning I was leaving and they were flexible with check out time.»

«This is a well maintained property. Very family friendly lots of kids and indoor outdoor pools, mini golf, arcade, saunas. We stayed in a 2 story townhouse with 2 full bathrooms living room upstairs bedroom and full bath with jacuzzi. Kitchen is very clean and supplied with all you need. And the backyard is all the Berkshire’s have to provide. Wonderful. We stayed 2 nights.»

«Nice stay at this Holiday Express in Pittsfield. The staff were so polite and helpful, building looked brand new. My husband and I were happy with the gym equipment, the pool looked nice and clean as well. Excellent complimentary breakfast that went until 10:00. 😊 Definitely recommend!!!!»

«Nice spacious room and very comfortable. Pretty quiet since Summer is off season. Only downside was it was very hot when we visited - common areas were not adequately air conditioned. Also, main restaurant/brewery was closed. We did enjoy are stay and is a nice central location in the Bershires.»

«The manager, Laura Rummel is an angry, mean spirited disgrace. I required some assistance on a billing issue and asked for the manager two straight days. I was given a curt answer from the front desk staff that it would be 15 minutes before she could see me. Who treats a guest in that manner? But I waited the 15 minutes in both cases but it was clear she had no intention of helping me to resolve the issue. When I finally met her face to face, she became angry and mean spirited. «We loved Little Cat Lodge! Such a delightful place. The rooms are adorable and very clean. Beautiful views! The service from everyone was warm and friendly and the included breakfast was delicious! My kids loved the pool and playing games in the lounge. Highly recommend!»

«It’s in a beautiful location. Very clean. We never saw any staff because our room # and key code was sent to us. Went very smoothly. We really enjoyed our stay here. Only negative is some of the furniture is getting a little worn on top, and tv is a little small for the room, but we will definitely go back when we are in the area.»
