«The building is in horrible shape but I won't blame the unit owner. The pool was a joke and the attached shopping(?) building was nearly abandoned. The unit could use some updating. The bed was horribly uncomfortable and squeeky. Every movement either my husband or I made was loud and kept us both awake. The velvet bedding was extremely strange in the heat of summer and was uncomfortable. The shower/tub bottom did not feel secure and felt like the plastic was going to fall through the floor. To ...

«Great location, specially for concerts or enjoying the beach. Some road noise.»

«The studio is in an older building but has been meticulously remodeled and decorated. It is very well appointed. Perfect for families with a Murphy bed for the kids and lots of games. The pool area has been upgraded and is very comfortable and clean. It is only a few miles from Weir’s Beach, Meredith (Lake district), and the concert Pavillon. Great value. Wonderful hosts. Highly recommend.»

«Condo was very clean, rooms her good sized, each having a separate bathroom was ideal. Also centrally located for attending Laconia bike week. About 4 miles from Weirs beach, walking distance to Cumberland Farms. The host, Margaret, was exceptional. Would highly recommend.»

«Unit was clean, pretty place many activities onside for kids»

«The location of this was perfect for us. We went to 2 nights of concerts at the pavilion and the drive was very easy. The location to food and activities was also great! The place was exactly as pictured, very clean, and perfect for our needs. The host was phenomenal, communicative, and even helped us out when we arrived with a flat tire! We look forward to making this "our spot" when we come up for concerts in the future!»

«Had an incredible stay for a Father/Son overnight trip to Laconia. The property was clean, incredibly safe, quiet and relaxing, the amenities were very nice and perfect for a vacation of any length. Perfect for family trips, couples getaways, solo adventures and friend getaways. This property is close to anything you want to do in that area. Has a nice pool, basketball, firepit, BBQ spots, places to relax and enjoy your drink or coffee to watch the sunset over the lake or sit under the starry ...

«Our second stay at this well appointed, perfectly located spot in Meredith. We cannot wait to come back. Host is responsive to messages and in our opinion very accommodating. Thank you for sharing this gem of a property with us!»

«The main reason for booking this place was the animals and the option to reserve a trail ride or private yoga class. I message the host, Patty several days before our arrival to schedule in advance. Patty never got back to me with a day & time for the trail ride and yoga class. In fact, I messaged her 2x and even though she responded to my messages before our arrival and during our stay she claimed not to have seen my message. On the second day of us being there, she responded with “sorry didn’t ...
