«10/10 experience! Not only was the resort beautiful the staff were attentive and friendly. Any need I had they went above and beyond to fulfill. The resort also was a 8 min drive from downtown San Ignacio which was very convenient. My cousin and I left sad to leave such a paradise. Highly recommend and hope to come back in the future! »

«We had a wonderful stay at Las Terrazas Resort! From the moment we arrived and were greeted with a complimentary beverage, we felt relaxed and welcomed. Hector was absolutely wonderful — attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed.
The suites were spacious and beautiful, the food was excellent, and the beach massage was truly a highlight — so relaxing with the sound of the ocean in the background. ...

«A beautiful setting complimented by Marsha and Jose and their staff!! Food was very well prepared and presented. They were very helpful with coordinating with tour groups and the bar is well stocked. »

«Clean, plenty of room for bags /clothes. Chairs on beach and dock to enjoy. Close to all amenities and the North end of Island for a day trip.
Staff is friendly and so helpful if you have questions and even assisted with cart rentals and restaurant recommendations.

«We had a very pleasant stay at Mata Rocks. The hotel is small and on the beach so it's good opportunities to fully relax and take a swim in the ocean.
Breakfast is self- served with toast,bagel,juice and coffee.
The hotel is located a bit outside of town center but it's possible to rent bikes which make it easier.
Hotel staff was friendly and helpful.
Would definitivly recommend this hotel!»

«Rosie the Office Manager was very helpful with changing our time for the water taxi.
Ashanti the bartender made the best dirty banana I have ever enjoyed.
Paulina our housekeeper did an excellent job in maintaining the order and cleanness of our room.
Mike the maintenance man educated us on the culture of the people of Ambergris Caye and recommended the best restaurants on the island.

«Our group of two couples spent a week in a villa on the beach side of the Umaya Resort and absolutely loved it. The unit was nicely appointed and truthfully feet away from the Caribbean Sea. Anytime we had a concern they were very prompt to respond. They transferred us to and from the Placencia Airport free of charge. While there we ordered dinner through the Fyah Beach Bar, pizza at Don Tonito's and breakfast in their Casa de Maiz restaurant. All were very delicious food. We also booked two ...
