«I could hear every sound from the hallway and from the 6th floor and all above average street noise. The staff were non-conscious, the sheets and towels were clean (could smell the bleach), soiled furniture, no USB ports, separating grout-the only reason I did not depart was due to the location of the garage where my vehicle was parked. I usually request a late check-out when out of town, I left before check-out time.»

«Room is decent, safe in the room is broken. they’re extremely under staff. Upon arrival I requested a microwave, I called and checked with them in person at the lobby for 4 times. It took them more than 3 hrs to deliver the microwave up to my room. I have to say the staff at front desk is helpful, however he’s the only person around if you need help.
