«This was an okay hotel, but not worth 4 stars in my opinion. The beds were very hard. We had to wait for 30 minutes in the reseption before someone came to check us in. But it was a big room with good views. it had a fridge which was nice.»

«Unfortunately, the bad outwheighed the good. Good: Staff are friendly and helpful, apartment clean. The cablecar is straight outside - would have been super if it was running. «This is my third time at this hotel, so no complaints here. I've only been here in the summer (off-season) but that suits me perfectly. Not a lot of people, a little secluded and with ample availability at the spa. Nice big rooms, great restaurant/food and very helpful staff. Would recommend and/or stay here again.»
