«It is a very nice facility. I think the personnel are also trying their best to satisfy the customers. There is a little bit of lack of English in some of them though. However, a fantastic hotel (Nariman) in general.»

«Mixed experience at Hilton Alexandria Corniche Great location on the Corniche with lovely Mediterranean views, and the staff are friendly and helpful within their limits. The hotel also has a very nice private beach that I genuinely recommend, a real highlight of the stay. But the visit was let down on several fronts. «Hotel (location, facility, breakfast, and room) and staff deserve 10/10 the only down point is the annoying individuals by the hotel main entrance, make you unconfutable in a way that you should tip each of them every time you come in and go out.»

«Clean rooms, helpful straff and very good breakfast.»

«Hotellet trenger oppdatering. Den er sliten og trenger oppussing. Ellers var det en veldig god opphold. De ansatte er veldig snille og hjelpsommet. Området er trygg og godt miljø. »

Only minus - so many flies - really annoying... but - maybe that is just the season, and I as the only target.»

«Beautiful location excellent start good breakfast very high rated hotel»

«We can't find any faults to write about. The hotel has all you need for a good stay in Alexandria. Staff is very helpful. Room is clean, amenities great and breakfast choice very good. If we are back to Alexandria we will stay there»

«Wonderful atmosphere. Friendly staff.»

«The Windsor Palace is a beautiful classic hotel with clean rooms, excellent service, and a great location. Unfortunately, checkout left a bad impression. I was charged 240 EGP for two bottles of water, a bag of chips that was barely a quarter full, and an expired chocolate bar from the room’s fridge. No one had told me those items would be charged separately. After an otherwise pleasant stay, this made the hotel seem unnecessarily money hungry. Clear pricing and better checks on the snacks would ...
