«We enjoyed our stay ! A helpful host with great suggestions! The place felt like home. We were expecting a shady RV park but the park was well kept with new RVs. The home is privately located at the end of the park with it's own space.The sand dunes are a 35 min. scenic drive.»

«Entry to the room meant walking thru a wide 1/2 grass 1/2 mud backyard in the dark due to our 8 pm arrival! This meant of course, carrying a large suitcase rather than being able to use the wheels. For this reason, I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it »

«The place is in a lovely location and the management was friendly and responsive. Unfortunately, the property is pretty run down and the cleanliness on check in was lacking. Just a little more upkeep and this would be an excellent rental. FYI, the location is quite remote. The closest gas station, grocery, and restaurant are 20 miles away. Come prepared:)»

«This was a lovely VRBO. Spacious, clean, well stocked and even fresh flowers! Only hitch was due to my map reading skills- while Expedia claimed it was 19 miles from Great Sand Dunes National Park it was actually an hour drive away! That said there was some other great hiking nearby (recommend Willow Lake Trail). Thanks for a nice stay!»
