«I wanted to raise a couple of concerns regarding my stay, as the experience fell significantly below what I would expect from a four-star hotel. First, the $19 parking fee is difficult to justify given the complete lack of enforcement. After paying, I was not asked for a license plate number, and there appears to be no monitoring in place. «I was told through expedia that i was able to garner hilton honors rewards for this stay, which i was not. Then, i tried calling Expedia and they connected me with somebody who barely knew how to work a computer and didn't even understand what i was talking about. The property was nice, management was difficult and expedia did not help with the rewards at all»

«Really sneaky hotel. Staff at the front desk did not mention how much the parking was until after the deposit was paid, as a result they will lock you into it before disclosing what is collected within the deposit. Overall not straightforward at all and just shady business tactics. Property is old and not up to current day standards. The bathroom tub in our room had cracks snd shower curtains were messy. »

«I used to come here quite a bit for the last year. I’ve never had a bad experience until this stay. The night auditor on 3-14 was incredibly rude to me. The card machine wasn’t reading my card for incidentals because it was after midnight and I had to ask her to manually enter my card number after calling my bank and having them verify no charges had come in. Otherwise the staff was nice enough. Another guest mentioned there were bed bugs. All in all I won’t be back.»

«I’m convinced my sheets were never changed. Pulled back the comforter to get in bed and the sheets were wrinkled on just one side of the bed, you could tell they were not clean/ changed. They just made the bed and moved on. I have pics »
