  • Livet er bedre barfot i denne sommerretretten! Slapp av og nyt den fargerike utsikten over bukten og havbrisen som sitter på den åpne verandaen med utsikt over marinaen i dette nye (2019) hjemmet! Ligger ved vannkanten i Pot-Nets Bayside, dette 4 soverom, 4. 5 bad hjem gir rom for store samlinger i den romslige stue / spisestue. Hjemmet er prydet med mange vinduer og glass skyvedører som lar det vakre kystlyset oversvømme hjemmet. Ta en 5-minutters spasertur langs strandpromenaden i marinaen for å komme til den stadig populære Paradise Grill, private stranden, fiske og crabing brygger. Bassenger, tennis, baseballbane og lekeplasser er på stedet. Båtlip er tilgjengelig for $ 40 per dag. En golfbil er inkludert i denne eiendommen uten ekstra kostnad. Barn er velkomne og kjæledyr er det også! Flott beliggenhet for kajakkpadling og stand-up paddleboarding! Det er en kort kjøretur til verdensberømte Baywood Greens golfbane (10 minutter), skattefrie Tanger Outlet Centers (20 minutter), og de sjarmerende sentrumsområdene Rehoboth Beach og Lewes (30 minutter).

    PET-POLITIKK: Denne enheten er kjæledyrvennlig. Det er maksimalt 2 hunder (bare hunder). Dyreeier må betale ytterligere $ 20 per kjæledyr per natt rengjøringsgebyr. HVIS DU planlegger å bringe et kjæledyr med deg, snakk og snakk med vår reservatist.

The house is beautiful. The view from the deck is peaceful as it looks out toward the bay. We loved the 4 large bedrooms and 4.5 baths. The kitchen was well equipped and roomy for all to help prepare meals. It is the perfect space for a family stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing

Absolutely incredible place to stay, the house was super clean and massive. The views were amazing and there is a lot to do not far from the house at all. Paradise grill right across the street is a cool place. And the property manager is wonderful, easy to get in touch with and took care of a couple minor problems right away. We would definitely stay there again. Only complaint I had which has nothing to do with the property was the weather was a little cold (end of May). I’d go back in June sometime when it’s warmer. 11/10 recommend.

Great place, but needs some attention

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a fantastic time at the Ever Dream. The rental process was easy, the rental agent was extremely helpful and professional. Everything that was promised was there. The only reservation I had was that the home is in need of some maintenance. The are several places where the floor is coming up, including one large spot in front of the kitchen sink that was covered by a rug. The flooring in the hallway was loose, and my grandson caught the knee of his pants on it and tore his pants. There are several doorknobs that are broken and several cabinet doors that need to be repaired. I definitely plan to rent again next year, as the overall experience was great. I just hope some of the maintenance items can be addressed before that time.

We live locally, but rented 5 of these homes to receive out-of-town family and friends, at a location just minutes away from Baywood. Everyone loved walking or taking the golf car to Paradise Grill. The houses were super clean, easy check-in & check-out process. Plenty of places to sit, enjoy each other & look at great scenery. We didn't turn on the TV once. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking large meals, when we didn't eat at restaurants. Highly recommend!
