«The townhouse was exactly as listed. It was clean and had all the essentials. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. Our dog also enjoyed her stay. There are steep (uncarpeted) stairs to get upstairs to the bedrooms, so be sure that everyone in your group ( including the dog) is able to handle stairs. A great weekend away. »

«This property was very clean. The check in process is super easy and the host are very quick to respond and attend to your needs. We were missing some bedsheet for the fold out couch and trundle bed, but after texting the host they were delivered almost instantly. The neighborhood is super nice and quiet. «The house by Jim was great! It is newly renovated, the appliances are new, and the property is very clean and well maintained. The location is excellent! it is near Rehoboth and Dewey so you can get sun and relaxing beach time during the day and an energetic bar scene at night. The house is on a quiet road that is easy to get to and close to super markets and many stores on the main road so that you can get anything you may have forgotten to bring. «The property is clean and pet friendly. The downside is that the rug in the covered patio is in deep need of replacement as there is a heavy smell upon first entry-- which is not indicative of the rest of the property, but also not the best way to be introduced. The only other thing is that I didn't realize that the beach was a 15 minute drive, rather than walk. The owner is very very responsive and that was great because I accidentally locked myself out.
