«We enjoyed our week at Summer Knights. The house was immaculately clean! Very important to me as I usually feel the need to clean if it looks dirty, but not this house.. it was sparkling clean!! Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Comfortable couch and beds. Our children age 3 and 5 loved the toys, especially the tent and camping toys, Legos, magnetic board, and bubbles. «Appreciate the updates since we stayed here last! Bedding and sheets great and appreciated beds/rooms were already made up!House was very clean and organized. Had everything needed except shampoo.Price was very high but we booked last minute on 4th of July week so were glad to just get here and expected the high rate.Location is great. Relaxing with beautiful beach and not too crowded.This is our third time here and we will return!Communication great throughout our visit! Thank you!»

«There was left over food from previous tenets and there was only one trash bag in the home. Several fixtures were not working properly ie kitchen sink faucet would turn on, on its own and there were several lights out both in the garage and the downstairs bathroom.»

«The townhouse was exactly as listed. It was clean and had all the essentials. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. Our dog also enjoyed her stay. There are steep (uncarpeted) stairs to get upstairs to the bedrooms, so be sure that everyone in your group ( including the dog) is able to handle stairs. A great weekend away. »

«This house is nestled at the end of a street, across from Freeman Stage Pavilion, and within walking distance to Juice Box! The house is so spacious but cozy. Everything felt exceptionally clean, the designs were modern and fresh without being cluttered, and it was such a relaxing place to come back to each night. «This property and its owner were everything we look for in a vacation rental. Listing is as an old farm house does not do it justice. The owner has carefully curated it it with an electric collection of furniture ,pottery and various hand crafted items. She has put her heart and soul into this house and you can feel.it ad soon as you step inside.
