Dieses Domizil ist nur zu empfehlen, sehr nette Vermieter, eine klasse Unterkunft sehr ruhig gelegen ohne Verkehrslärm oder störende Nachbarn. guter Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge z.B. nach Florenz oder die kleineren Städte. Wir konnten uns im Garten reichlich bedienen.. frische Tomaten, Gurken Zucchini, Zwiebeln, Bohnen, Weintrauben und Basilikum.. selbst Eier von den eigenen Hühnern wurden uns gebracht.. eine Flasche selbst erzeugtes Olivenöl war auch bei Ankunft in der Küche... Wenn Toskana, dann immer wieder in diese Unterkunft.. vielen Dank an unsere Gastgeber

Getaway in the Tuscany Region

Eduardo’s property was perfect for our family of 5’s stay for 4 days in the Tuscany region. We had access to the entire compound, including olive tree grove, grape vines, and countless other vegetation. The pool was cleanly and a great amenity for our use during our stay. For our stay, it was the ideal setup for space, amenities, and cost.The town is located approximately 45 minutes to Florence, hour to Siena and surrounding vineyards, and 5-10 minutes from the local town. We would recommend renting a car if staying at this property due the proximity from the main cities and other attractions.

Great Countr Stay!

My family stayed here while attending wedding events nearby. It’s beautiful farm style living! Chickens, olive trees, grape vines and more all on the property. We enjoyed fresh eggs and olive oil from the property! Eduardo and Magena were very communicative and welcoming. Because the home is tuscan rustic and in the countryside, don’t be alarmed by a few ants/bugs. The bathrooms and kitchen are nicely updated. Thanks so much for a great stay!

A dreamy olive grove/vineyard home

This house is so beautifully situated! Gorgeous grounds with lots of sitting space and a beautiful pool. My boys LOVED the dartboard and ping pong. We loved local restaurant 1250 and the proximity to Florence and Lucca. The bathrooms have great hot water and water pressure. A luxury in Europe. The kitchen has everything you need, including a microwave. The host is very communicative and kind, making checkin easy. I’d highly recommend for a beautiful Tuscan trip!

Great Tuscany Villa

This is a great villa in a lovely small town in Tuscany. Eduardo and Magena are great host. They have the best olive oil and can recommend a private chef to come make you a wonderful Italian dinner. We stayed 6 nights and visited several locations in the area including Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Senia.

Great stay in Reggello

Had a great two week vacation at Eduardo's place in Reggello. Beautiful little cabin with a pool and well kept yard, set within an olive orchard and vineyard. Hosts passed along some fresh eggs from the hens and tomatoes from the property. The house seems quite new by Italian standards and is in excellent condition. Pool is fantastic. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this spot for small groups and families.

Fantastic escape from every day life

Our family stayed 2 weeks at this fantastic little paradise. Everything was like you can see on the pictures and in the description. A fantastic area just for your own. No disturbance from outside and you are also not disturbing anybody. The house and the pool are in very good shape and the highlight is clearly the garden with all the vegetables, fruits and fresh eggs from chicken. The perfect escape from a stressful life. Magena and Eduardo are fantastic hosts, they are supporting you if you have questions or any issues. We can highly recommend this house and their hosts.

Incredible place to stay, we loved it!!

There were seven of us staying for three nights in July 2024. It was simply amazing in every way. It was a highlight of our Italy experience. The location is in a great location for adventuring in Tuscany, but we had so much fun at this house. We used the pool, outdoor seating areas (numerous), grill, and games everyday. The house, bedrooms, and bathrooms were really nice too. So quiet and private, the grounds were so pretty. Speaking of which, you are nestled in the middle of gardens, fruit trees, grapes, olives, it’s agritourism, as we were welcomed to pick and eat anything we wanted. We made numerous delicious salads and grilled veggies right from the garden. Our entire family loved this place and Eduardo and family were so welcoming and helpful. We wish we were there for a week and want to come back and stay again. 100% recommend this place and 100% LOVED IT! Wow.

Tolle Tage in der Toskana

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern (6/7/7/8) zu Gast bei Eduardo und Magena. Der Kontakt mit Magena verlief herzlich und sie hat uns stets geholfen (Arzt für die Kids/ Empfehlungen) und unterstützt. Das Haus ist außerhalb von Regello sehr ruhig gelegen. Es ist typisch italienisch und zweckgemäß eingerichtet. Es ist jeden Tag jemand vor Ort und bewirtschaftet das große Grundstück. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten den großen Außenbereich mit Pool nutzen. Bei Regen wäre es mit 8 Personen sehr eng geworden, da der Küchen-Wohnbereich sehr begrenzt ist. Wir hatten 10 tolle Tage in der Toskana. Danke.

Perfection

This farmhouse was perfect for our family of 5. The setting for the house was beautiful and the vegetable and fruit plantings added to the beauty of the grounds. The tomatoes from the farm were delicious! The pool was refreshing and perfect for the kids to have fun in after a day of visiting different towns in Tuscany. The pics are a good representation of the property. We were about an hour away from every town we visited and that was perfect for us. We checked out Siena, Arezzo, San Gimignano, and Monteriggioni. The inside of the house was very clean and had everything we needed. We also had fun playing ping pong and foosball. Communication with Magena through whatapps was easy and her rec for a restaurant was just right. On our first night, we had help from Magena to arrange Lorenzo to cook us a multi-course meal. It was delicious and well worth it. The town of Reggello is charming and has everything you need for breakfast and dinner (and gelato!) if you decide not to cook. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to my friends. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Just perfect!

We had a beautiful stay, in a beautiful setting…it was just so peaceful. We definitely needed longer there!! It was a well appointed house in a gorgeous setting with vines, olive trees and a massive range of fruit, vegetables (and laying hens!) that our hosts invited us to take as we wished! (The tomatoes were incredible!) The pool was amazing and there was table tennis, a basketball hoop and darts - perfect entertainment for our young people. The house was very clean and well appointed. Magena was so attentive and helpful with any questions that we had. All in all 5 star - we would definitely return and recommend to others.

Einfach ein Traum!

Das Haus, der Garten, der große Pool, einfach ein Traum. Wir verbrachten mit 2 Familien eine wundervolle Woche in dem gepflegten und modernem toskanischen Haus. Aus dem großen Garten konnten wir uns während unseres Aufenthaltes an diversem angebauten Gemüse und Kräutern wie z.B. Tomaten, Zwiebeln, Gurken, Basilikum oder Zucchini bedienen. Sogar mit täglich frischen Eiern aus dem Hühnerstall konnten wir uns versorgen. Die Kommunikation mit Magena und Eduardo war einwandfrei und wir möchten uns für die tolle Gastfreundschaft herzlich bedanken. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Fantastic Villa experience!

There were 6 of us staying at the villa and we had plenty of space. The inside was very clean and the bathrooms looked recently renovated. The pool was a highlight of the villa...definitely needed it to cool down as we visited in July. Magena and Eduardo were excellent hosts. They helped me arrange Prosecco and charcuterie boards for our arrival plus they put fans in all of the bedrooms that did not have air conditioning...that really helped to have a good night sleep. They also helped arrange a chef dinner at the villa and it was awesome...so much good food and wine! Thanks for a very memorable visit to the Tuscany region! Chris

Fantastic family holiday

We had a family of five and villa was brilliant. The property is equipped with everything we needed and the hosts went out of their way to make sure we had a good stay. It was extremely hot the week we were there and the pool was perfect for cooling down and relaxing. The town is very local and gives a genuine sense of community and how locals live in Tuscany. We had a rental car and it was easy to drive around to see other sites like San Gimingnano, Siena and Florence. However, we actually preferred being away from the crowds and coming back to Reggello. We would definitely recommend this as a place for a family holiday. Thanks Magena and Eduardo

Tolle Villa mit riesen Umschwung und eigenem Gemüsegarten

Wir waren zu fünft (4 Erwachsene und 1 Kleinkind) für eine Woche in diesem traumhaften Ferienhaus. Das Haus liegt auf einem grossen Grundstück inmitten von Olivenbäumen. Der Gemüsegarten wird sehr liebevoll gepflegt und wir durften uns davon bedienen. Das Gemüse war köstlich und man bekam sogar Rezept-Tips. Die Unterkunft ist grossartigt ausgestattet (Spiele, Kochutensilien, Waschmaschine, etc.) und in einem neuen Zustand (besser als auf den Fotos). Das Highlight ist natürlich der grosse Pool. Der Kontakt mit Magena über Whatsapp hat super funktioniert und der persönliche Kontakt war sehr liebevoll und hilfsbereit. Bereits am ersten Abend half uns Magena Pizzas zu bestellen. Wir hatten auch noch einen medizinischen Notfall und haben von Magena und Eduardo wirklich alle Unterstützung erhalten. Nochmals herzlichen Dank! Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Perfect for our family!

We loved staying here! The house was super clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor space just as much. The hostess was very helpful and hospitable. She gave us a tour of the grounds and made sure that we knew that we could pick strawberries and lemons from the garden, as well as gather eggs from the hens if needed. The house is only 30 minutes from Florence and close to many other great cities in Tuscany. We loved our visit and we would definitely stay here again.

Schönes Ferienhaus / Gute Lage / Nette Vermieter

Wir waren zu sechst in dem Ferienhaus. Der Platz war völlig ausreichend für uns. Die Bäder waren neu und alles war sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir wurden von Magena freundlich empfangen. Während unserem Aufenthalt war unsere Kommunikation über WhatsApp problemlos. Magena und Eduardo sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus liegt eingebettet in einem Oliven - und Gemüsegarten, der täglich liebevoll gepflegt wird. Wir durften uns sogar jederzeit an dem angebauten Gemüse bedienen und uns beim nahegelegenen Hühnerstall frische Eier holen. Es gab eine Tischtennisplatte, Tischkicker, Federball, etc. und natürlich den Pool mit dem es uns nicht langweilig wurde. In der Umgebung gibt es gute Restaurants, die uns ebenso Magena empfohlen hat und schöne Städte zum anschauen, wie Sienna, Chianti und Florenz. Alles in allem war es für uns ein traumhaft schöner Urlaub, den wir gerne wiederholen würden.

Trotz schlechtem Wetter ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wir waren Mitte Mai dort und hatten trotz fast nur Dauerregen eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, es hat bereits vor Ankunft ein Austausch statt gefunden. Das Haus ist neuwertig und sauber. Der Außenbereich umfasst ein großes Angebot von Outdoor-Aktivitäten wie zum Beispiel Dart, Tischtennis, Tischfußball und natürlich der große Pool. Die Vermieter bauen ihr eigenes Obst und Gemüse an von welchem wir uns selbst bedienen durften. Ebenso durften wir uns Eier von Hühnern holen, welche etwas abseits und eingezäunt auf dem großen Grundstück gehalten werden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Beautiful location!

Great house on lots of property covered with grape vines, fruit trees, and a garden from which we could make a salad and chickens that provided eggs. Perfect for taking a break from all the site-seeing. Magena and Eduardo were very communicative - super friendly and sweet. Our only suggestion would be to update the towels and mattresses. Overall, we had a great experience and were sad to leave.

Great Tuscan family base

Our family of six had a very comfortable stay at this lively place. The hosts Magena and Eduardo were so kind, communicative and welcoming, giving us fresh eggs and olive oil from their property as soon as we arrived. The house is well-equipped and was spotless. The views from the terrace overlooking the olive grove are beautiful. And Reggello is a nice quiet village that is not as busy as the popular hill towns but is surrounded by much natural beauty. We were grateful to find this place!

Sehr schöne Lage, schönes Haus, sehr nette Vermieter

Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb (< 1km) von Reggello, gerade soweit um Ruhe zu erfahren und doch nicht zu weit von dem Stadtzentrum entfernt. Haus und Anwesen sind sehr schön, die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Mit dem Auto wunderbar Firenze, Greve in Chianti und Pisa erreichbar. Jederzeit wieder gerne.
