This property is directly opposite the beautiful Portreath sandy beach, famous for surfing, body boarding and long, idyllic walks across the sands. The house enjoys spectacular sea views and is perfectly situated for spending time on the beach or enjoying clifftop walks along the famous South West Coast Path, which runs a few steps from the door. There are some lovely towns and fishing villages close by, as well as the city of Truro with its range of restaurants, shops, and other leisure facilities. In the evenings, enjoy the pubs on your doorstep or relax with a drink and enjoy the sea view from the first-floor balcony.

This property is arranged over three floors. On entering, the ground floor offers two bedrooms: one double and one single with an en-suite shower room and WC. Moving upstairs to the first floor you will find the main living areas. The spacious and welcoming lounge is the perfect place to relax, with spectacular sea views and a Smart TV. The traditional dining room is large enough for everyone to enjoy a tasty meal and is equipped with Bluetooth speakers and patio doors leading out to a balcony where you can again enjoy the beautiful views. Moving into the stylish and attractively designed kitchen, you will find everything you may need including a double electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and microwave. The first floor also has a bathroom, with a shower over the bath and WC. Heading up to the second floor, you will find two more bedrooms, both super-king zip-and-links (which can be made into twins upon request). This floor also has a shower room with WC.

Outside, you can unwind in a delightful area at the front of the property with seating. A garage is convenient for storing bikes or drying bodyboards, surfboards and wet suits.
