Bra hotell for pengene!
Gode senger og fint, moderne hotell! Litt enkel frokost siden dette var et express hotell, men helt greit. Ca 15 min å kjøre til Stratford upon Avon.

Veldig imponert over renholdet på rommet. Føltes "trygt" å bruke det.

Flott og rent hotell med hyggelig betjening. Men unngå å spise middag i restauranten. Vi var 4 som reiste sammen og alle var enige. Smakløs mat.. Frokosten var ok.

Room quite comfortable, sofa: was aching after sit for a longer period, could be improved. Breakfast not as good as hoped - informed reception on arrival am vegan. Some 'vegan' sausages were available, didn't like this brand, no soya 'milk' after first night, didn't bother to get any for other two breakfasts, so no cereals.

Really clean and lovely staff. Comfortable room and the sofa bed was too. Breakfast was included which was excellent for the price we paid. Will definitely stay again if in this area.

Just one thing that was unsatisfactory was the breakfast by 9.05 there was only beans bacon and hash browns they said they had run out of other items. Not really good for customers

Good for a quick overnight stay. Comfortable beds and very clean.
Breakfast a bit hit and miss as the reception person was also responsible for stocking up the hot breakfast too.
Came to check out, waited 15 minutes and still no one came to the desk. Waited with 2 other sets of people and in the end we just dropped the keys in the key box and left. Should have more staff on.. especially for reception.

Dear Peter, I would like to start off by apologising that you had to wait 15 minutes for no one to turn up and you were with another 2 people. I am happy to see that you found it good to be a quick overnight stay. The beds were comfortable and very clean.

Fairly good. Comfortable and clean but poor breakfast choices. Only pork sausages and bacon that I am unable to eat. No choice of eggs, plus the only eggs they had were scrambled and tasted like powdered eggs. No whole milk only semi- skimmed

There was a mark on the bottom of the shower tray but the worst thing was children running passed our room atv6 am which woke us up snd couldnt get back to sleep the same children were running along and shouting at 11pm which also disturb our sleep

Not the greatest hotel I have stayed at. Staff friendly but hotel very cold lots of guests moaning about the heating. Fan noise all night. Food not great. Hostess tray in room not exactly overstocked. 2 sachets sugar only yet 4 milks no hot chocolate or biscuits.very disappointed overall.

We use feedback, such as yours, to continuously make changes to our brand to improve the guest experience. I'm pleased you found the staff here at the hotel friendly. With regards to the coldness within the hotel, with there being 2 automatic doors within reception the temperature was ultimately out of our control, we did however have the heating on full in the hotel and gave plug in heaters to guests that were still cold. I apologise about the noise within the room however, had reception been informed we would of been happy to turn the AC off manually for you to ensure a good nights rest. Furthermore, we keep a stock of additional coffee and tea facilities at reception so should you require more you are more than welcome to pop down and have some more- however as ourselves only being an Express we do not provide hot chocolate or biscuits in rooms, I apologise for the inconvenience. Overall the hotel was pretty decentall you would expect from a holiday inn express. Good staff, clean, nice size room. Only comment is that the breakfast could've used with a little more option, especially as toast topping, working with only butter and Marmite was a bit lacking.

Avoid this hotel
It was the worst experience i ever had. Its not a hotel its more like a hostel. The breakfast was terrible and whole night loud noise from going and coming kept us awake.

Good hotel let down by kitchen.
Hotel was fine and comfortable, Evening meal was poor quality and over priced served on a silly piece of wood, si as soon as I tried to cut the meat it slid almosy onto the table. When I queried the quality, I was told they have just change supplier?
Breakfast poor quality and choice.
