No laundry facilities and no cooking options available, other then a microwave and a toaster. Host greeted and assisted us to our accommodations when we arrived. Communication was adequate. «This condo fit our needs perfectly. We were a family of 9 adults in NYC to do all the sights and experiences we could in a week. We found this condo clean, nicely finished, roomy, with a large kitchen stocked well and bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. It is about a 15 minute walk to subway in a very safe neighborhood.
