The space
Great studio apartment in Pirin Golf Hotel & Spa complex. Located right in the very heart of Pirin Golf Downtown on the third floor of Block A. Total area of 43 sq.m. Southern exposure.

Upon entering through the front door of this apartment you will find a small lobby area, where skis and coats etc, can be stored.

Off the lobby there is the bathroom containing a shower cabin, toilet, sink with a mirror over and towel rail.

The main living area is cozy, during the daytime, the studio is bathed in sunlight (on sunny days of course!) The flooring is terracotta tile throughout.

Heating is by two convector radiator in the main room and one in the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for longer stays and even has a washing machine as well as a twin hob and extractor, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, and Dolce Gusto coffee machine.

The apartment enjoys a 55" Smart TV with free fast dedicated internet. Enjoy your favourite music with large Bluetooth speaker.

A brand new queen-size mattress, and a bed. Additionally, the two sofas can be opened to beds (one double bed one single bed) and the apartment can accommodate up to 5 people in total. Two people in each bed and the small sofa opens to another small bed.

Terrace with views of the inner park area, pool, and the mountains. The apartment get nice sun during the morning time.

Controlled access, and perfectly maintained common areas. Guarded parking and all other additional services and common facilities in Pirin Golf are paid directly to Pirin Golf.

Other things to note
Parking, Wi-Fi, water and electricity are included. Spa usage normally is 80 lv per day per person but our guests get discounted 25% to 60lv and paid directly to Pirin Golf as well as any other services you need. Please confirm directly with pirin golf for exact pricing it’s not in our control. Breakfast and other meal are paid directly to hotel & resturants and not included in price.

Parking - once you enter the complex you can park anywhere you like.

Please note: Long stay of over a month price is slashed however it doesn’t includes water and electricity. There is a 500 lv hold for water & electricity.
