«I’ve stayed in much better JW Hotels. It’s ok but essentially a basic hotel room with nicer finishes (bathroom and so on). I reserved a concierge level room but then wasn’t given one. Was given concierge lounge access but only found it useful for diet cokes. An ok JW in an ok area.»

And my family of 4 could not all sit on the couch together, leaving one person to have to sit in small, hard chairs. There were almost no amenities in the kitchen. It did not feel "homey". And after having to pay in full when I booked it, they waited until the day we left for vacation to tell us there was an additional payment due. I bygatene var det ingen butikker, kun spsesteder. Alle butikker virket å være samlet i kjøpesentre eller outlet malls utenfor sentrum. »

I feel like the accessibility was good overall, maybe a little more clarity as to whether the bathroom had a zero step shower or accessible bathtub, but it was what we needed. I would definitely stay there again.»
