«Even after Thailand standard the service attitude of this hotel was fantastic. Everything was very smooth handled by staff that understood our needs and desires. I would though recommend an upgraded room as the price difference compared to paying the breakfast zeros out the difference. Only complaint was the price level of the spa which seemed to be 4-10 times as expensive as commercial high-end spas elsewhere (Makkha, Oasia and similar) A lot of freebies at the room (toiletries, bottle ...

«Amazing experience 8 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the night bazaar. We were here during the great flooding in October 2024, and the hotel couldn't have handled it better. They tried their very best to keep the guest comfortable and safe. They offered different means of transportation to dry areas of the city. People were allowed to cancel their reservations to move other places. Best service ever! And at last a shout out to Joe in housekeeping, always smiling and willing to serve ...

«This was an absolute gem of a hotel. We were upgraded to the Exec suite so the stay started out with a bang! Not only was it beautifully decorated it had additional features like a large jet tub and a waterfall feature next to it. The room was spotless with housekeeping services twice daily. «The hotel itself was beautiful! The family room we had, was spacious and cozy at the same time, with lots of wood and art that created an authentic atmosphere. We had two balconies and a beautiful bathroom with shower and tub. When we arrived, the river nearby had flooded, and all the way from the parking lot and a few streets over, we (the adults) would have walked with water to well over our knees. «First time visiting Chiang Mai. Found this hotel with decent reviews. The stay was overall good. Very relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast area was very good with good options for hot and cold food. Staff was very friendly. Had a nice cafe next to the reception. The location of the hotel is very good. Right next to the night market. The room was good and the bathroom looked new.
