🛏️ YOUR ACCOMMODATION
The apartment is located on the first floor with an elevator, but to access it you must climb a staircase situated at the entrance of the building 🏞️… but the view and atmosphere will reward every step!

This spacious and bright apartment is the ideal place for those seeking comfort, relaxation, and breathtaking views 🌅. The living room, with a double sofa bed, opens onto a terrace with a splendid view of the Gulf of Tigullio. It features a separate kitchen, a double bedroom with sea view 🌊, a single bedroom, two bathrooms (one with bathtub and one with shower 🚿), air conditioning ❄️, and private parking.

The apartment is located within an elegant residential complex surrounded by greenery, with a seasonal swimming pool 🏊‍♀️ (from 15/06 to 15/09) and a tennis court (must be reserved before use) 🎾.

Please note that supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and pharmacies are at some distance: the use of a car is recommended to easily reach the main services.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental contract for your stay. For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!

🔑 EASY AND SELF CHECK-IN
Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive in total freedom, without constraints.
🔑 Check-in & Check-out
• 🕒 Check-in: from 15:00.
• 🕚 Check-out: by 11:00.

🕓 NEED TO ARRIVE EARLIER OR LEAVE LATER?
Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.
• ✅ Early check-in (from 08:00): €40
• ✅ Late check-out (until 15:00): €50

🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORTS
• Bed linen and towels provided according to the number of guests and booked beds.
• Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, detergent, sponge, garbage bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 toilet paper rolls per bathroom.

🏊‍♀️ SEASONAL SHARED POOL, open from June 15 to September 15 (dates may change 📅).

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food is provided in the house (e.g. sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

👶 TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN?
• We offer a crib and high chair on request for children from 0 to 2 years.
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, bed linen included.

🐾 PETS WELCOME!
• We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends, upon request and confirmation.
• Extra cost: €30 per stay.
• Any damage to furniture or fabrics will be charged.

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• €2.50 per person per day, up to a maximum of 10 days.
• Children under 15 are exempt.
• The tax is NOT included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• We kindly ask you to respect the waste separation rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of garbage.
• Otherwise, a penalty of €30 will be applied.

❄️🔥 DURING THE WINTER PERIOD (01/11 – 31/03), for stays longer than 30 days, a small extra charge is applied for electricity and heating consumption.
